Creator calls the cream rich, powerful, and effective, saying it gives instant hydration plus a calming/cooling effect and that she really likes it. She says it can feel too sticky in hot, humid conditions for her oily skin and would choose Pyunkang Yul's Signature Moisture Cream over it.
